Weekly Rental rates for 2025, Saturday to Saturday only
July & August €1850 per week
May, June and Sept €1600 per week
Easter and Christmas €1400 per week
Other months €1250 per week

Booking Terms

Deposit:
50% deposit to be paid with booking. Your booking is not confirmed until receipt of your deposit has been acknowledged. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Charges:
If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge as follows:
more than 6 weeks – deposit;
22-42 days – 60%,
8-21 days – 75%,
less than 8 days – 100%

Turf, bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in your rent. Local telephone calls (up to €5 total) and electricity up to a
reasonable amount are also included, i.e. if you conserve use there will be no additional charge, we allow for more use in colder weather.
